Getting Started
What information do you need to get started?
We'll need:
- Admin access to your Google Ads account
- Google Analytics access (if applicable)
- Website access for conversion tracking setup
- Product catalogs or service details
- Historical performance data (if available)
Don't have Google Ads set up yet? No problem—we'll create everything from scratch.
How long does onboarding take?
Typically 5-7 business days:
- Days 1-2: Account access, kickoff call, and audit
- Days 3-4: Strategy development and campaign setup
- Days 5-7: Tracking implementation and campaign launch
Can you work with my existing Google Ads account?
Absolutely. We work with both new and existing accounts. For existing accounts, we'll audit what you have, keep what's working, and fix what's not. You retain full ownership of your account—we're just managing it for you.
Pricing & Billing
Why don't you charge a percentage of ad spend?
Because percentage-based pricing creates the wrong incentives. If we charge 15% of spend, we make more money when you spend more—even if that spending isn't profitable for you.
With flat-rate pricing, our goals are 100% aligned with yours: maximize your profit, not your budget.
Are there any hidden fees or setup costs?
None. What you see is what you pay. Your monthly fee covers everything: strategy, setup, management, reporting, optimization, and support. The only additional cost is your Google Ads spend, which goes directly to Google.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, ACH bank transfers, and wire transfers for Enterprise clients. Billing is automated and occurs on the 1st of each month.
Results & Performance
Can you guarantee specific results?
We can't guarantee specific ROAS or revenue numbers (anyone who does is lying). What we CAN guarantee:
- We'll improve your ROI within 90 days or you get a full refund
- We'll provide weekly progress reports
- We'll be transparent about what's working and what's not
- We'll optimize for profit, not vanity metrics
What if my ads don't perform well?
First, we diagnose why. Is it the targeting? The offer? The landing page? Tracking issues? We'll identify the problem and fix it.
If after 90 days we haven't improved your ROI, you get a full refund of our management fees. That's our 90-Day Profit Guarantee.
How do you measure success?
We measure true ROI: (Net Profit - Ad Spend) / Ad Spend. Not ROAS. Not conversion rate. Not clicks.

Technical Questions
Do I need to give you access to my website?
For conversion tracking setup, yes—we'll need admin access to your website (or access to Google Tag Manager). We take security seriously and use read-only access whenever possible.
If you have a developer, they can implement our tracking code instead.
What platforms do you use for tracking?
We primarily use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Ads conversion tracking. For e-commerce clients, we integrate with Shopify, WooCommerce, or your platform's native tracking.
We can also work with third-party analytics tools like Segment, Mixpanel, or custom solutions.
Can you integrate with my CRM?
Yes. We commonly integrate with HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, and most major CRMs. This allows us to track lead quality and optimize for SQLs, not just form fills.
